Specification ITB may make changes in the specification of the Products and/or Services where required to conform with statutory requirements or which do not materially affect their quality or performance. Time scales Any dates quoted for delivery of the Products and/or performance of the Services are approximate only. Price Price changes of greater than 10% other than arising from changes to specification as a result of client request entitle the client to cancel the contract Payment Payment terms are dependant on the contract entered into. Products and services provided outside of specific contracts are payable 15th of the month following invoice. Exclusion & Limitation of Liability ITB warrants that the Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with the Contract. The Client is solely responsible for any use made of the Services provided. ITB shall not be liable, in any circumstances, for any loss, damage, injury arising from the use of any Products and/or Services (including software) provided by ITB. Applicability Any quotation given by ITB may be withdrawn at any time prior to acceptance by the Client and in any event shall lapse after 30 days. Errors and Omissions are excepted Law & Arbitration Our terms are subject to, construed and interpreted in accordance with English Law
