Dennis is a Freelance Systems Developer, he has been developing computer systems since the early 80's. he started my commercial involvement with computers by programming a mainframe for GEC-Marconi. He consequently moved over to desktop and LAN systems, primarily being involved with the design and implementation of database systems using Aston Tate's dBaseIII+ and Nantucket's Clipper compiler, most of the early software systems he was responsible for were failure reporting systems, as he has a background in Quality Assurance. In more recent years he has have been using much more up to date technology, for example Visual Basic, VBA, Visual FoxPro, SQL, as well as web technologies, VBScript, JavaScript, ASP to name a few. He has extensive computing facilities and prefer to work from his own office, undertaking client visits as necessary, he is based in Basildon, Essex, England. He does however undertake work throughout the world using the latest technologies.
