| How does BusinessParc differ from search
engines? |
| BusinessParc is a new kind of website; it helps
remove the facelessness common with the internet and encourages healthy
interaction between buyers and businesses. You can use BusinessParc not
only to search the internet but also to search the BusinessParc provider
listings, browse by category or use our unique 'get a quote' facility. |

| How will BusinessParc benefit me? |
| Instead of entering a term and wading through
pages and pages of results, by using our ‘get a quote’ facility
BusinessParc can forward your enquiry to businesses able to provide what
you need. This means you do not have to do the searching anymore –
simply enter what you want and choose the company you prefer from the responses
you receive. |

| How do I buy? |
| First you must register as a buyer. This is
free and only requires your contact details so BusinessParc can forward
the responses to you. All details are confidential and are never used for
any other purpose. Once you have registered you will be able to get a quote
and be notified of responses, you also have an account area that automatically
tracks all messages, orders and purchases so you do not have to. Simply
choose the provider you wish to deal with and make payment through BusinessParc.
This means your credit card details do not pass to third parties. |

| How do I sell? |
First you must register as a provider. Once
registered you can create your company profile and enter the products and
services you wish to provide through BusinessParc. When a buyers request
matches the products or services you provide you will receive details and
be able to respond. Once the buyer confirms you as the provider you can
raise an invoice and BusinessParc will forward this to the buyers account
for settlement.
Funds are then transferred to your provider account for withdrawal.

| How does money transact through BusinessParc? |
BusinessParc uses WorldPay as their financial
gateway. For millions of people around the world, WorldPay is the way to

Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world, WorldPay payment solutions
are trusted by thousands of businesses, big and small.
By having transactions administered in this fashion it enables buyers and
providers to be confident in the security of transactions online.

| I have registered but I can’t
see my company listed yet |
By creating a profile you link your company
to an industry e.g. HealthParc. It is important to then enter the products
or services you provide that relate to this industry e.g. equipment.
By entering your products and services you will be listed in the appropriate
areas. If you have done this and still experience difficulty, please contact
us. |

| I am having trouble uploading images |
Please check the size of the image you are
trying to upload. Due to the volume of provider stores, products and services
and to keep the download speed of the site high for users we need to restrict
the image size.
A second common issue is the structure of the file name. If you receive
a message to remove spaces in the file name simply re-save your image with
a new name. E.g. if the file name was ‘my pictures.gif’ re-save
it as ‘mypictures.gif’ by removing the space you should be able
to upload successfully.
